Nostalgia and irony in the same moment. Fighting everyday against the effects of cigarette smoke, but found cars from my childhood sponsored by those same companies. Crazy how early the targeted influence was.

@MCWVascSurg If one external is open, then end to end, jump to a hypo and reimplant IMA. I like the way it lays better and I’ve seen the distal became aneurysmal with end to side after years. Lot of ways to take care of this though.
