My granda made one of these for every house in Hornby Street off the Newtownards Road for the coronation in 1953, it’s been placed outside my mums house for the 25th/50th/60th/70th jubilees and now for the last time for Her Majesty’s passing. Sad and proud in equal measures.

I read a tweet about a guy doing 100 park runs in his life and thought could I do this in a year? 250 runs 1100 miles 41 marathons worth in the tank…challenge completed. So good for your mental and physical health, my advice is to get out there and make the most of what u have

What a trip Malta was, absolutely first class! The supporters were incredible travelling in the traditional large numbers for Glentoran in Europe. Good result. Memories for a lifetime for me and the boy ❤️💚🖤

100 6.5km runs in 20 wks or equivalent of 16 marathons…never thought I could do it but especially in my late 30s/early 40s 😉. The fat kid in school who lied to get out of PE and did nets to avoid running in football training!! Get out there and enjoy. (Only got soaked 3 times!)
