@EdenRocMia I went to talk about our recent experience to Director Roberto Thomae, he wasn't interested in listening to the issues we were facing. He promised to investigate the issues and to give me a call in 3 hours. I am still waiting for that call a week later

@HomeDepot I bought a bunk bed with installation from your website. I was expecting a call from the installation within 2 days of order. Now neither your customer care or installation company picking up my call. Rather it redirects to satisfaction survey. Really??? Pls help ASAP
