It’s official folks with Rahi and Manu making finals for the 25M pistol event Z(starting in 10 mins) the entire Indian Olympic pistol squad (100%) has made finals. This is a record benchmark that our team has set. Tokyo quarantine or not, here we come!

The 17 year old boy wonder Divyansh Singh Panwar wins the Silver and an Olympic Quota for India at the Beijing World Cup. The young man displayed nerves of steel and shot brilliantly. Way to go team India.

Also it’s the first time ever that India won two Olympic quotas in one match (10m Airrifle women). That’s the maximum allowed per country. Young Manisha Keer shot a fantastic final to loose gold and get silver in the Jr. Women’s Trap event. A first ever for 🇮🇳
Apurvi Chandella wins Gold at the Munich ISSF World Cup (R & P).This year she is unmatched in her event, a finalist in every single WC. Equally delighted to see the young Elavenil VALARIVAN reach 4th in her first final as a jr. competing in the senior team!. Way to go team India.
MANU & SAURABH WIN GOLD AND YASHASWINI AND VERMA WIN SILVER AT THE MIXED AIRPISTOL EVENT IN THE RIO WC. THIS WAS THE LAST EVENT SO WE CONCLUDE WITH 5 GOLDS, 2 SILVERS, 2 BRONZE = 9 MEDALS IN TOTAL AND 2 OLYMPIC QUOTAS. WAY TO GO TEAM INDIA. NOW THE FOCUS SHIFTS TO DOHA IN NOV.
Elavanil & Anjum made the final and the younger, Elavanil won Gold in the women’s 10m air rifle event at the ISSF Rio World Cup. Just look at team India’s bench strength we have already won the maximum number of quotas for this event. Young lady, bravo!

Morning all, we just won our 12th quota in 25m pistol. 21 year old Chinki Yadav has shot a career best of 588, won silver and secured India’s 12 Olympic Quota for Tokyo.

Angad Bajwa won the gold medal in Asian Shooting Championship with a qualification score of 121 and with a World record final score of 60/60 beating China’s Jin Di and Shaikh Saeed al Maktum, a long overdue break in the young mans career - bravo Angad way to go lad!
The calm & collected Abhishek Verma wins Gold and another Olympic quota in the men’s 10m air pistol event.This was Abhishek’s maiden World Cup final and wow what a final he shot, not only winning gold but ensuring his country now has 5 Olympic quota’s. Way to go team India!

Just received an email from the Tokyo Olympic Games organising committee to inform us that the Tokyo Olympic range test event has been cancelled because of the virus. A sound decision as there is no need to risk the health of olympians merely to check if the range functions well

A first - Women & Men 10m airrifle events India won team and individual gold with the latter posting a new world record. 10m is the most contested and represented event in Olympic shooting and our team has done us so very proud. Now day three...
Day 3 see’s our team continuing in fine fettle, the highlight today was Chaudhry’s 10m men’s air pistol gold, & team gold in the same event. This however wasn’t the icing on the cake. The icing was that he bettered the junior World record by a whopping 9 points! Unbelievable !
