The Catholic church has covered for predators (the Pope has acknowledged this) and likely even the murder of children (see Emanuela Orlandi).

If you believe your own generalizations apply to all then you believe that all Christians can't keep their hands to themselves, as it is a fact it is a problem in the church (as your experience with libs may be).
