My dream and probably every doctor’s is to work and dedicate oneself in a fully equipped hospital where you’re paid enough but patients have to pay nothing, absolutely nothing!! Wish we could convert TUTH into that dream hospital. Sounds unrealistic but not impossible.

Exactly 2weeks back,turned +ve with symptoms.Some weakness + but happy to be back to operating with team.
Huge mass-Non anatomical 4b5 liver resection, gastrectomy including D1 resection. Massive blood loss but well managed by our Anaesthesia team.
