@BeardedHeartDoc I completely agree - it is difficult to ascertain who will benefit most from invasive CFT. ECG+/ECHO- may demonstrate the CMD endotype but not necessarily the CAS endotype. Stress CMR would be ideal but almost impossible to get in Oz!! Time for you to help 😁
