Civil Service in Pakistan empowers individuals from humble backgrounds to make a difference in society, yet some discourage others from joining without valid reasons. Those sincerely aspiring to serve the public, I strongly recommend Civil Service as the best choice in Pakistan.
This the reason why I call CSS a “glorified trap”. One cannot simply make ends meet with 100k. Mostly officers live on paycheques or even under debt.
P.S.: To all those who’d ask me to resign, I cannot go back since invested a lot of time in this while you can still reconsider.
