Outside the US, there are many phones from the likes of Xiaomi & other Chinese OEMs. Bottom line, never buy a budget Samsung device.

Outside the US, it was the most common & popular vaccine because of its accessibility, shelf life, & lower cost. It was also not mRNA-based, something a lot of anti-vax people in the US keep complaining about.
