مہران ہائی وے روڈ پر کوٹ لالو پولیس نے غیرقانونی طور پر پولیس ٹئکس ناکا قائم کردیا۔ روڈ سے گذرنے والی ہزاروں گاڑیوں سے 200 روپے پولیس ٹئکس لئے جانے پر آئے روز ڈرائیوروں اور کوٹ لالو پولیس کے درمیان تلخ کلامی اور ہاتھاپائی کے واقعات رونما ہونے سے گھنٹوں تک ٹریفک جام رہنا معمول.
