Yah itβs a pretty shambolic state for sure. But then based on common sense and polls he knows he not winning the next GE. So why not pass the torch and say to the new PM itβs up to you to decide. Tbh they have to call it in the next 3-6 months anyways so itβs not like we will be waiting an age for it.

Okay but surely we have to respect the process. Like why the hate for JT, when Jean Chretien prorogued parliament, Steven Harper prorogued parliament x 2! It seems there is precedent and JT is using it to his advantage, similarly to as his predecessors. If we want it abolished surely we as a population should be pushing it? The budget never balanced out - agreed. But that pushed Freeland to resign and ultimately led to JT resigning. So a degree of accountability is occurring. Im not aware of the child mutilation, but similarly thatβs gross/horrific and not sure I want to be aware.

@tasljansen @SemperVeritasX @PierrePoilievre Interesting. Just listened to it but what was showing up on all the positive lateral flow tests then? Also in the first wave, I saw loads of people with respiratory failure. Like arguably some of the worst respiratory failure Iβve ever seen. If itβs not COVID then what was it?

Okay well I can understand if they are not proud to be Swedish and assimilate into Swedish culture then of course they can piss off somewhere else. That includes them not contributing to Swedish society and potentially being a net drain. If you put it like that I can understand your point of view. However, surely there are some that are proud to be born in Sweden??!? I personally donβt agree with people who are born in Sweden and proud to be Swedish devaluing the culture. Okay, while their ancestry may not stretch back 100s of generations like many Swedes, why does that matter as long as they want to contribute positively to your society? I think to taint all immigrants with the same brush, and say return to your own homeland is a bit unfair. As long as they adopt Swedish culture and integrate into Swedish society and are contributing positively to your country then I fail to see why this would be looked at negatively. I was close to taking a job at the Karolinksa institute. I would have moved my family and potentially had my kid born there. I love Sweden, I have visited and lived in a lot of places in the country and used to play ice hockey there too. Barring my lacking ability to speak Swedish fluently, are you saying just because I have no Swedish ancestry, that if I lived and breathed Swedish culture that myself, my kids, in the future my grandkids would never be recognised as Swedish and told to go back to our homeland?

Yah the university scandal shows its flawed system to me, not necessarily a broken system. I guess I use a degree/qualification as a soft control to establish minimum standards. However, Iβm more prepared to accept that a βdrβ with a degree can still be crap but that designation ensures a minimum standards. But I hear what youβre saying, fair play

What about the second generation of immigrants that have been born in Sweden and potentially never even seen their ancestral homeland. Youβre saying they arenβt Swedish? If so why not? Arguably they are more Swedish than they are from their ancestral homeland. Their roots may not be as deep as yours, but if their parents live and work in Sweden, and they contribute to society and proud of Swedish culture why can they not be recognised as Swedish?

Sure, Iβd say itβs ONE marker of intelligence but there are many and Iβm not going pretend like itβs the only one. Just for you to have title, there requires some degree of qualification, experience, or credential to highlight your designation. Otherwise what stops me from calling myself a lawyer just because Iβve read a few books and have an interest in the law

Again, why are you failing to address or acknowledge that many philosophers have training and pursue further education? Also, Iβm not drawing an imaginary correlation itβs a widely accepted fact. While youβre not entirely wrong regarding revolutionary thought, it is the EXCEPTION and not applicable to the MAJORITY.

@PronkDaniel Was our closest reality. Things change. Also they are not booing the girl, letβs not all get melodramatic, they are booing the US. Itβs more disgraceful the way the US is treating Canada imo.

@ICcrapdaily @mirrormerecos @SemperVeritasX @CnpPeter @PierrePoilievre Why are you failing to address or acknowledge that many philosophers have training and pursue further education. Spinoza and Nietzsche are exceptions not the conventional route that accounts for the MAJORITY.

@ICcrapdaily @mirrormerecos @SemperVeritasX @CnpPeter @PierrePoilievre Ie the notable philosophers are the exceptions not the rule. Itβs pretty clear bud. I canβt make it any more evident to you. If you canβt read that I canβt help you.

Iβm not shitting on the people that were there. Im passing an opinion based on what I saw and read. Why is that so difficult for you to accept? As I said, if itβs going to trigger you and you are unable to have a civilised debate why engage with me? Yah the Palestinian cause. It didnβt start on Oct 7. Oct 7 was another atrocity in generations of violence. Now the US and Israel are trying to ethnically cleanse the Palestinian population who were actually there first! Where is your moral compass!? No point chatting with someone like you so peace out βοΈ piss off

@Maistrian @William_Hahne @EvelinaHahne Yah Sweden has a large amount of Iraqis, Syrians, Iranians, those from former Yugoslavia etc. Many of them are 2nd generation ie their parents immigrated to Sweden and they were born in Sweden.

Erm I think it does require experience. Itβs a skill. And so most people arenβt just born with it. This is literally from @mirrormerecos Many philosophers have had formal training and obtained advanced degrees. Itβs not some self proclaimed title one can bestow on themself. My judgement is therefore based on facts. So it appears youβre now passing judgement without a clue on the facts or the basis/reasoning behind my statements. Hypocrisy at all?

Sure I get that and I donβt think JT is perfect. Far from it. But my overall rating for Justin is a 6.5-7/10. So maybe Iβm being soft in some areas, but I do recognise that heβs made mistakes. When being harsh, I was referring to your thoughts on JT not having a different opinion to myself. I donβt think the blackface scandal, especially given that it was as a kid, should be brought up against him as a PM. Appreciate it sounds like you have a grossly different verdict on JT reign.
