@7amzology Yes; if the liver was non-cirrhotic, and if patient was female on OCPs, adenoma would definitely be in the differential, specifically the HNF-1 alpha subtype. This lesion showed delayed washout typical for HCC, but adenoma can also sometimes show washout.

@mahjabeenmahmoo Yes! It had only minimal arterial phase, hyperenhancement, but it did show capsular enhancement and delayed washout. There was also suspected tumor in vein. Findings were confirmed pathologically.
