Friendly reminder that you don't get to make up your own fantasy prices for liquid items in a trade just because you overpaid for them (in this case, guy overpaid $300-$400 for items worth $970 π¬). Instead, just say you don't want to trade something at the current market price.

As @TioBruno_cs shared, @Steam now has UI to counter API scams. Next step: mobile confirmation should be required for ALL market listings, not just ones over a certain $ amount. This would stop knives from being listed for pennies on phished accounts. What do you think?

Looks like another one of these accounts popped up with bought followers. Very easy to tell it's a scammer from 2 seconds of looking - would recommend blocking. Stay vigilant, and remember followers alone don't really mean anything!

Recently, Steam seems to have been ramping up their account security measures - and locking affected accounts - but also their false positives. In this case, my account was auto-locked right after I accidentally hit "revoke trade" instead of "confirm trade" in the mobile app.
