It was great to see a Family Cookery Club in action in Bramley on Friday. It was a pleasure to meet Kate, her amazing team, and all the families supported by this incredible local charity.
This afternoon we were thrilled to be visited by @rachelreevesmp, Chancellor of the Exchequer and our local MP. It was wonderful to be able to chat about all that we do to support families, and to show a Family Cookery Club in action.

It was fantastic to visit Co-op Academy Beckfield in Tyersal and attend the pop-up book shop by the Children’s Book Project. It was great to speak to so many enthusiastic young readers!
We were very pleased to welcome Local Member of Parliament for Leeds West and Pudsey, @RachelReevesMP to a Pop Up Bookshop event hosted by @Coop_Beckfield on Monday this week, with every child given the opportunity to take home two free books of their own. #LiteracyMatters #Leeds
