@LCHeathcote Basically! A small group of up to 8. Spend the first 5-10 minutes sharing goals, and the last 5-10 reporting back progress. The middle 50 focused writing ✍️. It’s a nice way to (briefly) connect, support, and learn what your friends/colleagues are working on 😊

As white women it’s imperative to acknowledge our privilege and work to understand the violent history from which that power manifests. And more important - that we relinquish power to make room for WOC and women with intersecting minority identities, so we can ALL rise together.
1/ I’ve been struggling with this for a while...so here goes..LONG THREAD. Any discussion about gender equity must include race. My version of gender equity often conflicts with other women’s in the room. Women, including white women, ask “Where are the male allies?”.
