@MoneySavingExp In our area, the market is booming. Estate agents can’t get enough supply. All down to the increase in stamp duty coming up. So I would say accept the offer. It’s not going to get any better once that increase happens!

@BBCNews 100% guarantee this will not improve state schools.If anything it will add more pressure onto state where parents have to pull their kids out of private.Maybe if they try and reform the education system instead of finger pointing, there would be no need for private.

@MartinSLewis @itvMLshow I think equal ££ should be spent. We had a £100 limit on main gift we could ask for as teens, so both treated the same. Even if it’s money going into an account or something for them.
