@RAZ0RFIST The secret R&D island was a neat little plot point for The Lost World (the book, that movie was dumb) because it made sense that the actual research and testing wouldn't take place where the park would be. Now, it's just ridiculous.

We all "knew" the government was bloated and corrupt, but seeing it fleshed out in grim details is different. This is a turning point in our nation.
This USAID situation is getting worse and worse. It's like watching the world's largest pimple getting squeezed out in slow motion. And it's just one bloated agency. We need gallows built in front of the Washington Monument.

@RepRashida Seeing that the US still is not, nor ever has been, a democracy this is such a relief to hear.

Santa-ism. As in Santa. As in very few women know what it means to actually earn something because they are generally used to being provided for. That is why so many tend towards socialist political structures. It's driven by a feminine mindset. The state replaces daddy/hubby. This burns the candle at both ends as it creates more drag on the society AND provides the illusion of independence from men.

@Oilfield_Rando That was the first domino that led to gamergate, which over time caused a bunch of people who just wanted to play video games to get involved in politics.

They should be able to declare them in bankruptcy court. And college administrators need to be dragged into Congressional hearings the same way tobacco executives were about why their government subsidized business is vastly outpacing inflation in cost yet has less return on investment every year. But no.

@jaymann34 @nosoup4knowles There isn't another way to frame it. That's what happened. Quantifiably. It's not a matter of perception.

Pure unadulterated cope.
🧵 Nothing wrong with the video. I found it funny & soothing. I showed my Mom the video, didn't tell her about Nala's past, this is what she said: "Ooo Frank Sinatra, I like him." When she licked the spatula, "Eeewww. Good thing she's baking that." If your concerned for Nala

This is all true, and I fear it relates to the prophecy from Mathew 24: 12. It must be confronted. That said, it did not spring up inside a vacuum. -The western church is too feminized and overly caters to its female congregation. -On that note, it became too soft in general and let the culture backslide over the last century. The perception of grace and mercy being synonymous with tolerance left the church toothless. So mercy for the recently repentant prostitute is viewed as tolerance of her behavior and the culture at large. -Men have been used, exploited, and maligned by the current culture. Many are very, very bitter and just as well tear it all down and damn the consequences. No excuse, but it is what it is. -It's not about the women of today that they attack so much as it is terrifying the young girls out there out of ever following in their footsteps. -Christ demonstrated why no person had the holiness required to be worthy of stoning the adulteress, but consider why that was in the law to begin with. -Becoming a Christian doesn't remove one's nature, and many a woman in the church still finds enough reasons to divorce and split her family apart. Few churches condemn this. -There is such a thing as hiding behind the cross. Sometimes people reach their moment and repent. Other times, they simply burn out on their party phase and wear Christianity like a new accessory. It's the Christian equivalent of a secular woman's dating app blurb. "I've had my fun and I'm ready to be taken seriously." We have every right to be suspicious. -I personally don't see too many men deny their salvation. Some, but not many. They more condemn the idea they perceive from these women as, "I'm a good person now. Where's my super-husband?" A pedophile can repent and be saved. Doesn't mean they get to become a youth pastor. -Last but not least, the bucket of crabs mentality is real with women. They should be out loudly condemning whorish behavior. Not men. But they're not.
