On my laptop, CSP & live2D could handle my file well up to 3600 x 7200px, but it does take awhile to save.
5000 px height is sufficient if your ipad or alt software can't handle more, but 6k was comfortable to work with and draw crispy details on ;) Hope this helps some of you!

Most artists prefer this distinction in general! I think a good rule of thumb is to imagine you're emailing your artist about service provision, rather than confusing it with texting a friend, ie. same content as typical emails but just without the strict formalities.
I know all artists are different, but this how I personally feel RE: clients asking for updates.
I’m socially deficient and awful at smalltalk so I’m unsure how to respond to inquiries listed in the first column most of the time 🥲
Be up front about asking for WIPs, please!

If someone draws for you for free, for projects you invited them to, art requests etc, please support them by RTing the art posts.
They, we, spent alot of time on them, expecting no money in return, so I think promoting their work is the best way to show your appreciation.

Tried sticking to one brush and experimenting with shading colors, while avoiding eyedropping from the original image, I think it turned out yummy!

I see posts on how drawing VTuber sprites is very time consuming/expensive, and just want to remind you guys that the process is similar for sprite puppeting in CB vids
So pls appreciate your artists moree, just look at the VTuber art price tag man!

People still thinking period talks are gross wth?? Everytime I get my period cramps I hesitate to call it that and just say "stomachache" to explain that I'm not feeling well at my male dominated workplace, just in case. Like wth it's just a normal life thing come on.

gotta remind myself that us artists are not running a charity, we shouldn't work for free because it seems "fun" or a "favor". There's plenty of personal projects we could spend our time on that are fun and allow our creative freedom to roam free. Don't feel bad raising prices.

- I don't "network", don't expect to skip comm queue by chatting me up
