@whoop777 @ChrisMuellerPGH He’s having you believe who the top 5 teams are ,,, the rest is just what it is .. fact … don’t see where the Steelers are the worst… I dunno, seems like ya don’t need to be a musician to know good music or a chef to know good food ..but that’s just how most other things work

@Steelersdepot Why? Pickett didn’t observe himself for 6 yrs in the same practice facility, create unachievable expectations & name himself the starter. He wasn’t good & handled rejection badly (he’s a kid), hold accountable, the adults who created the mess

@PittsburghSport They also have had 13 QB’s & 5 coaches since 2007,, I wouldn’t wish for that but it puts a dent in the consistency argument when they’ve also had 13 playoff wins, 3 SB appearances & 2 SB wins over the same time period

@jack_sperry Since 2007, the Eagles have won 13 playoff games, 3 had Super Bowl appearances & 2 SB wins …with 5 coaches, 13 QB’s & 4 losing seasons;…. Steelers aren’t going to emulate the Eagles.. no way

@steelernation The Steelers & Tomlin have the best scenario in all of football; comfortably profitable, a winning facade & fan loyalty - zero incentive to take risks or change anything….

@NFL_DovKleiman The real waste is all the hyperbolic flap over winning or losing individual elected awards - didn’t win a popular vote & the season was a waste? … SMH

@Steelersdepot The problem with this argument is that history has revealed an incapablity of knowing when or how to select a franchise QB …. And MT is the co-GM (in reality) …. does not bode well for the future

@steelernation If you say “we’re focused on winning a Super Bowl, we’re going get a franchise QB, & make the “appropriate” coaching & staff changes, from the very to to bottom”… there’s nothing to misinterpret

@Mazursky8895 Harris came into the league happy-go-lucky,,,, & now he’s jaded? That’s a culture issue

@Steelersdepot 1 ) Young players are the least unbiased source to reference 2 ) The best leaders develop players & coaches, evidenced in coaching trees 3 ) Job longevity in Pittsburgh reflects loyalty vs. performance 4 ) Never had a losing season is personal MT record … means less to fans

@steelernation It’s really hard to believe this when the Steelers offense has looked & performed pretty much the same with 4 different coordinators, since Bruce Arians left in 2011. Feels more like an attempt to influence thinking

@coachpdaloia @scarpizio I don’t bother criticizing MT - it’s the folks who know that since 2007; the GM, every player & coach (except one) has been replaced (in multiples) but find a way to blame the water boy before they would think of the person who runs everything.

@Steelersdepot It’s why a “coaching tree” matters. It’s an indication, a standard, an illustration of developmental ability. Every leader in life should have one, or should strive to achieve one. The player / coach development performance here, is evident … just do the math
