The board or trustees of Penicuik YMCA-YWCA and Rural Urban Training Scheme Ltd are delighted that the UK Government and the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities’ Community Ownership Fund has decided to support our plans to create a dedicated Youth Hub.
