Just called @SenHawleyPress @SenEricSchmitt @MissouriSenate and told them the impact of this and asked them to support immediate reversal….they need to know this can impact cancer patients in a real manner. I did not remind them about ACA & cancer outcomes.
Everyone concerned about #CancerResearch please take 5️⃣ minutes to let your senators and congressional representative know the impact of halting NIH travel and communication. 🙏🏾

Thrilled to share this month’s cover for @CCR_AACR! 💥 🧬 Genomic and Epigenomic Analysis of Plasma Cell-Free DNA Identifies Stemness Features Associated with Worse Survival in Lethal Prostate Cancer 🧬 🔬 The cover image depicts our representation of a prostatic tumor shedding cell-free DNA into the bloodstream. The cell-free DNA is wrapped around nucleosomes, which protects it from degradation, with resulting coverage patterns that can be used to infer epigenomic features of the cancer including stemness.
