@MarioNawfal 😏 Simplify the tax code by eliminating income tax. Implement tariffs and a consumption tax to fund the government. Significantly cutting back the size of government and eliminating wasteful spending and fraud will reduce how much money government needs.

Last year, $9B of the $35B that the National Institutes of Health (NIH) granted for research was used for administrative overhead, what is known as “indirect costs.” Today, NIH lowered the maximum indirect cost rate research institutions can charge the government to 15%, above what many major foundations allow & much lower than the 60%+ that some institutions charge the government today. This change will save more than $4B a year effective immediately.

Each citizen has the same weighted vote, one, regardless of the individual’s economic or social status. We, the people, vote for our Representatives who are supposed to be our voices. Every citizen has the right to vote. So when our elections are rigged, fraught with fraud, it undermines the will and voices of the people.

👍 I think you hit the nail on the head. You make good, logical and reasonable points. If I didn’t know better, I’d think Trump gave you some insight to his plans for the region. It takes some critical thinking to go beyond the surface and knee jerk reactions, which seems many commenting on X lack. Also, several Arab nations do not want to take in Palestinians. It did not turn out well for the few Arab nations that did. Keeping Palestinians in Gaza is a win for the Arab nations.

😁 This makes the American citizens happy. We will be more happy if whole agencies and departments are significantly reduced and consolidated or completely dissolved. Then develop a program that lists and analyzes all proposed spending which allows legal American citizens to to view and able to vote on the items we want to spend our money on.
