The organization apologized and announced that the banners were not accepted by the managers. So it's in no way the fault of the organization and the Sportpaleis. At the end we even gave a banner to the person in charge of our banners, because she really liked our banner.

For the "Riize is 7" project, unfortunately it didn't work, because it's a festival and we're sharing the hall with other fandoms.
The fans couldn't express themselves because there was already too much shouting going on.

D-Day arrives. We have to hand over the banner parcels at 11 a.m. for checking, and for them to keep for the official distributions at 3 p.m. and 5 p.m..
The two admins in charge of the 3pm distributions turned up for the distribution.

About the Seunghan banners you saw at the Music bank.
It's a stock that "leaked" the morning.
We had given some banners to our admin in early to facilitate distribution. She was warned of the ban after the banners had already been distributed.
