Obstacles to athleticism: If you throw a football or baseball but can't do a solid three pullups that is a problem... If you're ankles crumble when you land from a jump or sprint, that is a problem... If you can't balance on one leg for 30 seconds, that is a problem... If you can't stand on one leg and squat halfway down and stand back up, that is a problem... If your back rounds like my grandpa while in an athletic stance, that is a problem... If you can't take a big step forward (lunge) without leaning, swaying, or pulling a muscle in your leg, that is a problem... If your push-up resembles an upward facing dog in yoga, that is a problem... #LTAD
