@SkyNews @TrevorPTweets This was a perfect example of incisive interviewing and debate with @Miss_Snuffy It's only by watching interviews like this that you realise, sadly, just how shallow and biased most of our broadcast media has become. Bravo πŸ‘

Because she's entitled to use a title afforded to her by her D. Phil. The term 'Dr' is used both for those with doctoral degrees and as a 'courtesy title' forΒ registered medical practitioners. Those medics who do work with specialist nurses recognise their prof skills. #OneTeam

Why are people trying to tell me a PhD in nursing studies makes you a "specialist" nurse in a medical specialty?

@TinaZimmermann4 Cos it's possible to solve this mentally in less than 5 seconds? No board or writing implement needed. 300x 4 = 1200. 12 x 4= 48. 1200+48 =1248. 'Ye olde times tables learnt by wrote' a superior substitute for playing Mondrian maths on a whiteboard πŸ˜‚

@ellielexx ... I can remember patients so clearly over my 40 year career, and can still recall their names, presentation, treatment issues and eventual demise - and the impact on their grieving families. They live on in us, but we #NHS #OneTeam compartmentalise our empathy or it drowns us.

IMHO I'm sad and disappointed that this GP considers malnutrition from reduced oral intake associated with progressive dementia is yet another tedious opportunity to play sugar politics. #Everycaloriecounts @AlzResearchUK

Was really hoping the pair could have shone a light on why they chose to name the families after UK serial killers.. but no. The 'Shipman' family (Gavin) and the 'West' family (Stacey). Wasn't fond of those choices, if truth be told @JKCorden

To paraphrase: "we analysed self administered food frequency questionnaires from population cohorts using old dietary data. We then retrospectively applied the more recent artificial UPF construct, melding food items listed to fit our definition, thus ensuring publication" 😐
