Yesterday, RCSP in collaboration with @trocaire had a breakfast dialogue with the NINGO Executive Committee. The dialogue aimed at fostering our collaboration towards advancing #localization agenda in Rwanda. Indeed, the dialogue was very productive and paved a strong foundation to our subsequent joint efforts. #CSORw

Discussions focused on legal frameworks, #CSO operational environment and structure, peace-building efforts, and fostering national unity through dialogue. During the meeting, the CEO of RSSB @regis_rugema emphasized the long-term benefits of these changes. He highlighted that increasing the pension contributions will boost overall savings, ultimately leading to improved living conditions upon workers' retirement. He also stressed the importance of collaboration between RSSB and civil society organizations in different areas including awareness raising for proper compliance. Furthermore, he encouraged individuals to monitor their contributions through the platform. Mr. Apollinaire, the Vice Chairperson and @regis_Rugema, the CEO recommended that regular consultation meetings be held between RCSP & members and RSSB to strengthen collaboration on various initiatives that benefit the Rwandan citizens in general.
