ULM can't offer what these kids are getting in NIL deals. Find under the radar dudes, let them shine, and help you win and move on. Then, hit repeat. It is what it is.

ULM is proud to produce power 5 talent. More kids will want to go there if they feel they can make a move from there. And ULM can pound their chest about that.
