If you think @StateFarm is actually going to help because they responded to my tweet, think again. All they did was give me an email address to send a complaint. Guess what? We've been complaining for days. They don't care.

@StateFarm Our neighbors had similar damage, and their insurance company sent an adjuster within 3 days. @StateFarm still hasn't sent one, and they won't call us or help. We submitted the claim the day it happened. #StateFarmFail #DontUseStateFarm

@StateFarm Gee, maybe you can get an adjuster to contact us. We've been begging for TEN days. The adjuster won't even call us, much less set up an appointment.
