So many of you dont know but recently i went to the hospital with bad chest pains. Found out that it was due to stress and a slight caffeine overdose. I am fine just relaxing and trying not to stress to hard.

Update, in a sling on some powerful drugs that arent helping enough in a consistent 4/10 pain. Unknown if I tore my rotator cuff but a lot of the symptoms are what I'm experiencing. I will find out Monday afternoon hopefully if I will need surgery and if I do then 2-3wk 1/2
