@samuelsung @DanKulkov Wow, this might just be one of the most informative and enriching comments I've come across on Twitter/X. I appreciate the story and the tip, thank you!

Building the Viral CX #1 So, I had the Idea for Viral CX — What Next? I started writing it down: the philosophy, ideal customer profile, vision, mission, and business model – all crucial for starting on my entrepreneurial journey. Given my past experiences, I was keen on bringing this vision to life through an app. After putting pen to paper, I soon realized I had amassed enough insights for a book. The idea struck me—why not share this knowledge to help other marketers and entrepreneurs craft their own Viral Customer Journeys? Not only would a book serve as a valuable resource, but it would also help position us as thought leaders in the field, amplifying our visibility. The writing journey didn't just help me create a product and crystallize our vision and mission; it also deepened my understanding of contemporary challenges in marketing and customer experience through interviews. After countless revisions and sleepless nights, I've come to realize that clarity of vision is often a work in progress. Nevertheless, "Viral Customer Experience: How to Build Irresistible Customer Journeys," is set to hit the shelves and Storytel this September! Armed with this wealth of material, I was eager to dive into software development. But before coding a single line, I knew we needed to generate some revenue in advance. That's when the idea of launching an online course came into play... Follow up: What's up with the online education business? coming as #2. #viralcx #marketing #customerexperience

I wholeheartedly agree with this perspective. The core difference between a strategy and a mere plan is that a strategy is imbued with a sense of purpose, direction, and conviction. It's the guiding north star. Without that underlying conviction and direction, all the tactics, calendars, and milestones just become a list of tasks with no coherent vision. Marketers should remember that a strategy that doesn't inspire or excite is likely not a winning strategy. Take the time to reflect, evaluate, and truly understand the larger picture before diving into the nitty-gritty details. It’s about leading with intention.

@thedankoe Restaurants and food brands could showcase calorie, macro, and micro details as their main message. That would allow them to carve a niche for themselves but also achieve a competitive advantage. Wouldn't there be a significant audience interested in this angle?

@waronweakness What do you think about targeting specific audiences in X? Is it solely about the content?

@HenriAlen @mtv3suomi Tänä vuonna on ympäri Suomea ollut iltaisin ravintoloissa teema: ”Missä kaikki on?” Tänään viimeksi Imatralla.
