Dude. Those cars you speak of are geofenced with a few mile radius with remote monitoring of each vehicle from a team of 100 people for the 600 vehicles. These cars also all have a button to push to alert these engineers. Cheesy way to claim autonomy. Tesla is 100% everywhere.
