For entry level staff, leave the payments and monetary benefits alone for now.
Gather as much knowledge as you can and improve in your chosen area of specialization.
Take the time to understand your role and responsibilities, and ask questions if you're unsure about anything.
A quick advice: In all you do while creating your CV, try not to lie about your achievements.
Only put achievements you actually carried out. Don’t add something you never carried out with the hope that “they won’t look at my CV or they won’t ask about this”
That HR Babe.

Y’all are just funny lots!!
Don’t make your findings o.
Follow Twitter people. 🤗
Let nobody whine you oh, there’s no reason for why you shouldn’t know anything about the company you are interviewing for.
I have seen even people in C-Suite rejected cos their research on the company is not solid not to talk of you not even knowing a thing.
It’s tacky o.
