A question to all my clinical colleagues that I think I know the answers to. Is this the best way to prepare and leave the flush for after the IV? Thoughts on IPC and Patient Safety welcome. P.S 3rd nurse to do this on this admission. @alisonleary1 @RoyalDevonNHS
