I am beyond lucky to have been able to have my surgery, and at such a young age,

9.) Is it okay to sexualize it?
This obviously depends on the person. But a non-insignificant factor for me was to make sex more enjoyable by getting rid of the negative experiences they gave me.

I experience(d) Gender dysphoria around male sex charatistics (broad shoulders, facial and body hair, and male genitals).
For as long as I can remember I've had these feelings but knew I wasn't a girl, i absolutely do not want boobs! I was somewhere in-between.

3.) The catalyst
In Sept 2022, the WPATH released their SOC8, which included chapters on eunuch and non-binary gender identities.
It meant I could seek out a professional to do the job right and, most importantly safley, with insurance coverage to make it affordable.

4.) The when's
I started seeking treatment in October 2022, and was able to get a surgery date with a plastic surgeon in October 2023!They removed my balls and scrote, I was on bed rest for barley a week, but took me just under a month before everything was healed and scared up.

Due to highly sensitive balls and persistent dull pain, the dysphoria constantly reminded me my body wasnt what it should be.
I couldnt afford the out ofbpocket cost of know surgeons and started to look into DIY, methods and back alley "cutters".

I tried testosterone blockers before surgery and i decided i quite enjoy testosterone, im on TRT, and plan to for the foreseeable future
