I still occasionally lament that I'm very much a chonky boy, but then I remember that I used to be 255+, dropped to 210, and have been slowly creeping back to 230ish.
Let me tell you though, 230 otw up now looks and feels DRASTICALLY different than it did otw down. 😌

Back on my bullshit after 2 weeks off recovering from PV: Food poisoning, back-to-back cases of strep, and -12lbs in roughly a 72hr timespan.
0/10 Do not recommend.
At least the lighting is doing me favors.
Yeah, I'm posting shoulders again because:
1.) I'm proud of my upper body progress.
2.) They're my favorite thing to hit hard.
3.) It's rare that I feel "accomplished."
4.) Because I'm awkward as shit and hate photos in general, so this forces me to reflect on what I see.
NGL, probably the best arm pump I've had in a good while. They've really exploded since adding a dedicated day starting back in December.
Hitting them 3x a week has really been paying off. Kicking myself for not hitting them hard like this sooner. 🍖🐯💪❤️
