We spray our crops with water drawn from various waterways by #Farmers . They can apply for an extraction licence. As we know, this is where - in the UK - we dump our #sewage Does this not increase the risk of #ecoli in #Crops

Been thinking about this. On our canal holidays it is common to see #Farmers spraying fields of food crops from the filth that has become our waterways. Nothing is filthier than a #canal or UK #River This must be a major issue? @Feargal_Sharkey @SAS #sewage #ecoli

🚨 In the first few months of 2024, the UK saw its highest number of flood warnings since records began. Climate change will mean more floods, more failing crops, more livelihoods destroyed. The next government must put people before profits, and put an end to new oil and gas.
