and where orders goes to payment for order flow, citadel loving life, b/c they can do as they please with that order, if it even exists. after all, they are able to sell you shares of a stock, and technically not even own it, nor locate an owner, or even if it's an actual stock. and you'd think they have to purchase it kinda soon. NOPE. they have more exemptions on rules than monopoly has 500 bills.

that is the great dilemma. thought experiment - tesla was naked shorted to kingdom come, musk makes billions and will continue too, b/c those shares are still in limbo, unless musk plans to dilute (not happening) what is the incentive for this entity to eviscerate that which provides his cushion?
