@JoshRainerGold I think it’s fairly obvious that when people refer to “White people” as a demographic, they’re taking about those of Christian European descent. Jews are culturally distinct and have always been.

@artasovor_ Young Christian boys would be kidnapped from their towns and forced to join the Janissary corps, and would then be made to raid their own villages. This was to the point where mothers would mutilate their own children to save them from this terrible fate.

Its purpose is to provide a broad overview of Roman statecraft, from governance to politics to military affairs. It is not a specific endorsement but rather an explanation. America is referred to as the New Rome, but how much does the latter truly inspire the former, and what lessons can be gleaned from it?
