Glad to see this out in the world. One takeaway is that building urban water security requires using a wide lens that includes land use, climate risks, and community well-being. Lots to chew on for #LA and others as we re-think what we need from water security investments.
Today @RANDCorporation's Center for Climate and Energy Futures released "Learning from Crises to Build Urban Water Security." The study focuses on climate change and urban water management challenges, drawing on five international case studies.
