So proud of the work we have been doing on FASD in Greater Manchester with @NationalFASD @RoisinReynolds2 @RNielsen21 @smcg2007
International #FASDAwarenessDay As part of the #FASDGiveMe5 Campaign, we thought we would share 5 achievements we’re most proud of. The @FasdSalford team at the @SalfordUni have been at the forefront of FASD prevention, understanding, diagnosis and treatment and we are proud to have worked with them to carry out essential research into the prevalence of FASD in Greater Manchester – the first UK prevalence study. A highlight this year was working with FASD Salford and @NationalFASD to deliver a one-day conference, “FASD in the UK: Building on 20 years of progress” which featured current research, policy and practice in FASD, as well as highlighting the importance of co-production and learning from lived experience. #FASDResearch #FASDProgress
