I was in a conference room at the Abbotsford Sandman Hotel (that I had booked at Mr. Pesky’s request) and prepared to facilitate a seminar to improve his job performance, and potentially his life. One that is perhaps more necessary than I originally thought.

@paliontology @blastfingerton Sir, I wear a tie. There is nothing casual about the way I do business. Except when I sit in a backwards chair, but that is mostly to ensure I relate to the younger employees and show them I’m on their level too. Establishes trust.

@kyler24 @blastfingerton That is mean. I’m not just a resource, I’m also a human. All I do is try to help people and make their professional lives better. If Mr. Pesky is committed to improving, I’m committed to helping. I would hope one day when you get a job your HR representative would offer the same.
