@XfinitySupport Now going over 3+ hours. Transferred for the 7th time, directed to one of many websites for a 12th time. Multiple times I'm told to use a live chat but get that error message that they cannot connect me to an agent. Whaaat???
@XfinitySupport I've been trying for Internet support for 2+ hours and my log in is not working. Only option is to the chat assistant that is an AI bot. It says it will help once I log in but I cannot log in. And the bot can't understand that. How can I connect to a live person??
