Thank you to everyone who has supported me throughout the years. To those who believed in me and saw more in me than I did myself, I love you. To God, thank you for blessing me with the grit and determination to take challenges head on. You are my armor. My surrender to you has protected me from my fears. To my beautiful wife and children; you were witness to my efforts and years of sacrifice. I sacrificed so much time I could have spent with you. Many would not understand the necessity of this challenge. But you recognize my need to compete and fulfill my goals. During the times of deep depression and despair at times in this process you kept the light on and continued to shine for me in my lowest points. I love you more than I can express. Hopefully from this day forward I can show you exactly what your sacrifice and love mean to me. I feel nothing but gratitude! I hope I can use what I have learned to positively impact my tribe, #PrimalFam, and others who seek improvement in skill, performance, health, and wellness. Again, thank you! I love you! Here is to the power of learning and servanthood!

@LibertyCappy Not even the littlest. It’s pretty funny. Could say “White Skins”, to have a more authentic feel.

@GowagsKyle It’s why catchers are valuable assets to pro organization post playing days. They have been apart of it all.

We see this in skill acquisition as well. People simply don’t do things with critical thought and situational practicality. If they see a big leaguer do it they have everyone do it! The “I saw it on Instagram, and I liked it! Soo we are doing it” Versus “I saw it on Instagram. Why? How? And who Would I use this with”. They just repeat what the content creator says with not substance to back up what they are doing. Frustrating.

You might have capsular issues or potential impingement. I would see a PT. Additionally, the demonstrations here are pretty poorly executed. Excessive lumbar and pelvic motion. The idea to train your hip in isolation would be to stabilize your pelvis or prevent it from moving during limb motion.
