@DrewMarrufo This is not to discredit open side mechanics because we can learn a lot from that view, but rather highlight how looking at an athlete from different angles can help us paint a better picture of how well they are moving and transferring energy up the chain during the delivery.

Don’t let someone that is not in your shoes be the deciding factor for how you act and carry yourself when you compete. Staying true to yourself will make you enjoy competing more and your appreciation for the game will skyrocket.
