Next you play as Amy. Her opening stage is really slow just like her combat. She actually starts of in prison for apparently killing 18 people with a hammer (which spoiler turns out to be false because her hammer is actually rubber) still pretty cool to play as.

Then you play as Tails. He is very parry focused and has the least amount of health. But when fully upgraded becomes a beast. He also now works for the south Island police department trying to solve the case of his fathers death. Pretty crazy I know but there's one more character

Finally you play as knuckles. Who's retired on Angel Island and just looks after an orphanage now. He's super op combat wise and has this broken counter move. Also I assume this game is a reboot since none of the characters seem to know each other from before.

Sonic is the first playable character, his combat uses a lot of fast combos with his legs. The game also does a retcon where now sonic apparently loans rings out to people if they pass a special stage. Atleast that's his new backstory. Kinda weird I know but his levels are fun.

Overall pretty good game. The final chapter is crazy and I won't spoil it don't worry. Gotta say surprised SEGA never made a game like this sooner. The plot is so original and the beat em up gameplay is top notch. Now we just need a game set in the 80s that would be something.

Uncharted 2 was great. But Arkham Asylum 1. Completely changed a genre. 2. Saved said genre that everyone thought was dead. 3. Created one of the best versions of a popular I.P.4. Built they way for 4 incredible games. And I'ma be honest.Batman walked so Spiderman games could run.

@Yungsnaku_ I don't think SatAM caused the whole "sonic stupid friends thing" (I think those early 2010 YouTube game reviewers did that damage) I do think SatAM did cause this stigma that sonic needs to be serious 24/7 though. I see some people who grew up in 90s watching it think that.
