I appreciate all the calls texts and messages. It's been a challenging few days. Dad had a passion for helping people especially the 4H youth. Loved the smell of a fresh cut hayfield. Seeing a newborn Calf, and seeing the bunk line full of eating calves.

Yesterday we got the title for my old Wagon in the mail. First title I've had without a lien holders name on it... Kinda a different feeling. Been a good wagon. Kinda funny one banker at the time told me it wouldn't work out.

Loaded fats at a family's place yesterday, he had his 3-4 year old son there on the catwalk helping load. One of the steers tried jumping over where the kid stood. After the excitement was over I asked the boy if he got scared. "No that's Cowboy Stuff" was his reply. 😂😂

Found a neat little Nieghborhood Butcher Shop in Pierre today. Not many of these mom and pop shops left. Pretty cool to see the Greater O beef on display. Our calves go there when finished and weve hauled a ton of fats down there. Pretty neat.
