@PicturesFoIder Powdered doughnuts loaded with sugar. Leads to hyperactivity and energy crash a few hours later. Fruit pouch is good but fresh fruits are easy to cut up. Where is the protein? No drink?. Breakfast is not served on a trampoline. Sit at the table in a high chair for healthy routine.
