Carry your gun. Disparity of force, even if they are not armed is a legitimate reason to fear great bodily harm or death, especially with older victims. Get training, one would need to create space to be effective and also training could help with awareness to avoid it in the

Absolutely - new shooters - single shots till we know they can hold on. We had a 500 S&W Magnum that had a recoil ND into her shoulder. Some genius figured giving his 100# girlfriend a 500 with a full cylinder was a good idea. Fortunately, there was a paramedic in the next bay.

Try to avoid it. There is case precedent in both directions (justified and unjustified). That said, it's important to understand the laws of your state. Any use of force (the vehicle or any other weapon MUST be justified and judged "reasonable" to the grand jury).

Generally speaking, one can use force to defend oneself from an unlawful attack, but it must be proportional and "reasonable". Reasonable is going to be in the eyes of the grand jury. The video, with shooter chambering and re-holstering just before the confrontation is iffy.

Just looked and the fastest rail gun projectile is 4,606mph/Mach 6 or, 6755fps and that's screaming when not in a vacuum. The projectile at 30Kfps would be more like a flaming meteor, igniting the air around it as it glowed brightly like a star. Would vaporize the target!

For people that have not handled a deceased body - think of it like a bag of sand shaped like a human. Unless there is Riger Mortis, the body is floppy so normal carry techniques you would carry a conscious friend, kid, etc. don't work the same.

Absolutely. Pro-Tip - know where your window motor is and try not to hit that. One can also "portal" by shooting (usually through the glass) and then continuing to use that hole for subsequent rounds, reducing the deflection problem. (wear safety glasses!).
