@BankMuscat this is an official complaint. I need an outstanding letter so I can move my loan to another bank. It's been 4 months now chasing on this request ! It's seems you are forcing me to stay with no clear reason on why you keep rejecting my request @CentralBank_OM

@BankMuscat I need urgent support it took more then 4month for bank muscat Bushar branch to issue outstanding letter!! I want to move my loan from your bank your employees Keep rejecting stating my salary is not sent to them , question how did I get the loan in first ??

@Talabat I tried calling,used the talabat app by the way you cant upload recite nor proof of payment nothing

@Talabat That's not true not able to communicate you need to review and revisit your application process
