@fox_kettu Big consideration, we're looking into the feasibility. Although a lot has to come first to properly support it (transmission, axle, suspension, marine intake)

@Cade_Hines44 Grumman made the aluminum body, GM made the rolling chassis (S10 Blazer), and a third company put it all together

@Eric_L_Roe @TesCalendar1 That wasn't your question though 😆 Ironically we don't use the LLV very much anymore here in Seattle. I mostly see the Metris and FFV, both of which do have AC options Maybe you should email your local postmaster instead of arguing with a homosexual dog on the Internet 🐶

@Eric_L_Roe @TesCalendar1 Washington state. I rarely use the AC, even on the cars I own that do have it. But in the LLV it'd be truly useless. The interior isn't sealed, carpeted, and insulated like a normal road car. Besides, the best part of dailying an LLV is driving it with the doors both open 🎉

@EVSwapLLC @BowTiedBroke @USPS Consider me surprised we didn't keep them longer. Modern EV swaps would be trivial for these, replacing the part that has aged the worse (iron duke, 3speed) and continuing to produce the rest

@RhizomaticGame @AlexEdgerton Govdeals seems to be the best bet overall, I've had two come through them now

@AlexEdgerton 100%. The entire body is a one piece airplane style bonded/riveted construction entirely built out of aluminium. It's super well built and makes for a truck thats a whole lot lighter than most people realize
